Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Dispatcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Dispatcher is a dashboard tool for managing ER:LC (Emergency Response: Liberty County) private server communities. It provides moderation logging, shift tracking, analytics, and team management features for server staff.

3. Not affiliated with PRC or Roblox

Dispatcher is an independent, third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the Police Roleplay Community (PRC), the developers of Emergency Response: Liberty County, or Roblox Corporation. “Emergency Response: Liberty County”, “ER:LC”, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. For issues with Dispatcher, contact us through our own support channels (below) — not PRC or Roblox.

4. Eligibility

You must have valid Discord and/or Roblox accounts to use Dispatcher. You must comply with the terms of service of both Discord and Roblox when using this service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dispatcher to harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Attempt to access servers or accounts you do not own
  • Use the service in violation of Roblox's Terms of Use
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract API keys belonging to others
  • Use Dispatcher in any way that violates the ER:LC Private Server API Acceptable Use Policy — including nuking or raiding servers, impersonating players or staff, spamming, or using in-game private messages as a replacement for chat

6. ER:LC API usage

Dispatcher interacts with the ER:LC Private Server API, operated by the Police Roleplay Community (PRC), on your behalf using the server key you provide. Your key is stored securely server-side and is used only to make requests to the ER:LC API for the features you use; it is never exposed to other users or to your browser.

Your use of the ER:LC API through Dispatcher is also governed by PRC's own API Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and for ensuring you are authorised to connect each server you add. If you remove a server from Dispatcher, we delete its key and stop making any further API requests with it.

7. No warranty

Dispatcher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted access to the service. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

Dispatcher is not liable for any moderation actions taken through the platform, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the Dispatcher team through our Discord server or GitHub repository.
