1. What we collect
When you sign in with Discord, we collect the account identifiers Discord provides — your user ID, username, and avatar. If you link a Roblox account, we store your Roblox username and user ID. We do not collect passwords, email addresses, or payment information.
To provide the service, we store your connected servers, moderation logs, shift records, staff and member lists, and settings in our hosted database. Your ER:LC server API key is stored server-side and is used only to communicate with the ER:LC API on your behalf. We only store and process the data strictly necessary to provide these features, and we do not use ER:LC server data for any purpose other than operating Dispatcher for you.
Our Discord bot reads your ER:LC server's command and join logs through the ER:LC API and posts the moderation events you enable to the Discord channel you choose. It does not read your members' private messages.
2. How we use it
Your Discord and Roblox identity is used solely to:
- Authenticate you to the Dispatcher dashboard
- Display your username on shift leaderboards
- Link your in-game Roblox activity to your staff account
3. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only used within Dispatcher to provide the service.
4. Third-party services
Dispatcher relies on a few third-party providers to operate. By using Dispatcher you are also subject to their respective privacy policies:
- Discord — sign-in (OAuth2): discord.com/privacy
- Roblox — account linking (OAuth2) and public profile data: roblox.com/info/privacy
- Police Roleplay Community (PRC) — the ER:LC Private Server API we query for your server's live data and logs
- Vercel — website hosting: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Supabase — database storage: supabase.com/privacy
5. Data retention
Your login session is a signed cookie that expires after 7 days. Your servers, logs, shifts, and settings are kept in our database for as long as a server is connected to your account, and are deleted when you remove that server (Settings → Danger Zone).
6. Your rights
You can sign out at any time to end your session. You can delete your stored data — your servers, logs, shifts, and settings — at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. If you have questions about your data or would like it removed, reach us through the Contact section below.
7. Contact
For privacy-related questions, please contact the Dispatcher team through our Discord server or by opening an issue on our GitHub repository.
