How to connect your ERLC server in 2 minutes

A step-by-step walkthrough of finding your ERLC Private Server key and linking it to your Dispatcher dashboard for live data, player tracking, and moderation logs.

Dispatcher talks to your server through the official ER:LC Private Server API. To connect it, you'll copy one key from your server settings and paste it into Dispatcher. Here's the whole process.

Step 1 — Find your Server Key

You need to be the owner of the ER:LC private server. Open your private server settings and locate the Server Key — this is the credential that lets approved tools read your server's data.

Step 2 — Paste it into Dispatcher

In Dispatcher, add a server and paste the key when prompted. Your key is stored securely on our side and is only ever used to talk to the ER:LC API on your behalf — it's never shown to your staff or exposed in the browser.

Step 3 — You're live

As soon as the key is saved, your dashboard fills in automatically:

  • Live player list with names, player count, and queue
  • Current server status and join/leave activity
  • Command logs, which Dispatcher reads to build your moderation history

If the key ever stops working, re-generate it in ER:LC and paste the new one — nothing else changes.
